Nick and his family have been raising Boer goats since 2008 and are now involved with extensive embryo transfer and semen sales with their successful program. This is a man that has developed so many leaders in the livestock industry. He is a man that has spent his life making sure that young people have opportunities to be successful. On this Before the Bid Podcast I talk to the Advisors and some students from the Paoli High School Agriculture, Farm to Plate Program in Paoli, Indiana. This school swine program feeds the high school and middle school cafeteria program from pigs started at the school in the Agriculture classes. They have started an FFA Show Pig Sale to be held March 15th from 1pm – 5pm in the Bill McDonald Animal Science Pavilion. Listen as they explain the program and I have some student guests that will talk about their pigs in the sale.
